What can Luke help with?

Luke is a trained therapist who treats a range of common mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, OCD, and more. He also specialises in mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual approaches to healing. Luke, however, will follow your lead and apply the approach most suited to your needs. If you are interested in working with Luke, we encourage you to get in touch with any questions you may have, and we can provide the best options for you.

Do I have to be considered spiritual to work with Luke?

Not at all. You don't need to have any spiritual beliefs or interests to benefit from working with me.

My therapy approach is grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and sessions are always tailored to your individual needs, values and goals. For those who are interested, I can also draw upon mindfulness and present-moment awareness to complement our work together. However, spirituality is never a requirement or expectation.

How does therapy with Luke work?

Therapy begins with an initial conversation to explore what has brought you here, the difficulties you're experiencing and what you'd like to achieve.

From there, we'll work collaboratively to develop a personalised approach using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Sessions involve understanding unhelpful patterns, exploring new perspectives and developing practical strategies that you can apply in everyday life.

The aim is not simply to help you feel better in the short term, but to equip you with tools and insights that can support your wellbeing long after therapy has ended.
